How can I start?
If you have an Ecwid store just install the Telegram Storefront app. You will pass a few simple steps and you are ready to go!

How can I create a Telegram account?
To create an account follow the link https://telegram.org/. You can install the Telegram app on one of your devices: mobile (iOS / Android) or desktop (Windows / macOS / Linux). You need a mobile phone number to register an account.
Do you have a free trial?
Yes. We provide 2 weeks of the free trial period.
What can the bot of my store do?
The bot is the way to connect your store with Telegram users. The users can talk to your store through the bot to make purchases and share the bot with friends and communities. Do not worry, for you the process is the same. The bot handles communication with users automatically. Just receive new orders!
How will I receive orders from the Telegram?
You will receive the orders in your Ecwid Admin Panel like you always do.
